Purpose: Strategic orchestrator & sparring partner for the Brand Strategy & Business Development SLT team to drive executional excellence. Has in this capability a high impact on shaping the culture & collaboration of the BSBDs SLT and therefore the future of the brand.
Key Accountabilities:
· Supports the SVP Brand Strategy & Business Development and the Sen. Director Brands Headoffice in leading, reviewing and monitoring the execution of the strategic projects, structures and processes to deliver breakthrough results
· Drives xfunctional key strategic initiatives, manages/coordinates the strategic projects within Brands and ensures strategic targets gets successfully implemented
· Manages and solves challenges and mediate disputes prior to escalation
· Facilitates decision making processes in close cooperation with Headoffice PMO
· Drives collaboration between brand organization and other functions
· Provides active and competent communication across all Business Units and Horizontal function
· Assures that excellent standards are maintained and that the department continues to excel and progress
· Builds and leads a highly engaged x-brand Headoffice network as team captain.
· Holds regular meetings in order to set standards and monitors progress against targets to provide relevant information to the Brands SLT in a timely manner
· Important driver of the 3Cs i.e. ‘team culture’

· Extensive depth of theoretical knowledge and organizational practice or expertise across several disciplines

Qualifications:
1. University degree or equivalent education required
2. 8+ years relevant experience
3. Minimum 3+ years managerial experience
4. Proven Track Record across various functions, divisions respectively sublabels
5. 45 years direct working relationship with key markets or 23 years working in a top tier adidas market
