Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned eWS accounts, while promoting and respecting the image of the adidas brands according to company’s priorities and initiatives. To create, implement and measure the digital sales plans aligned to selected key retailer’s account marketing plans. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that:

· adidas is the best presented sports brand online.
· adidas secures the highest share of space across digital and social.

To maximise the potential of digital and social for retailers, by supporting the sell-in process, and ultimately increasing the rate of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

· Align wholesale initiatives with adidas.com marketing plans ensuring a harmonized and holistic cross channel approach.
· Measure/ analyses performance of major initiatives across categories on key campaigns & key retailers.
· Ensure effective communication/policing of Wholesale Marketing Digital Campaigns to/with the Wholesale Category Champions and Wholesale Representatives.
· Utilize eWS customers’ consumer data to tailor targeted marketing initiatives.
· Deliver data driven strategies to achieve top performance.
· Understand and leverage the dynamic digital marketing environment to maximize the business by providing competitive tracking, analysis and reporting.
· Align with WHS Activation team to develop holistic AMPs , including all kind of digital channels (whs.com, Social, CRM etc).
· Collaborate with WHS Activation team to create and track a social media calendar for the account linked to whs.com, aiming to increase sell-through on whs.com.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Commercial and new business development acumen combined with analytical skills and logical thinking
· Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, bringing each from idea generation to completion
· Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written
· Creative with a strategic mind set
· Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
· Professional attitude with clients as well as colleagues
· Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy financial analysis, and supply chain oversight
· Understanding of different technological components of online commerce
· Knowledge of database creation and management
· Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues
· Knowledge of Paid Search/PPC campaign management
· Cross-Functional teamwork experience is a plus
· Cross boarder working experience is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing required; MBA a plus
· 3+ years of eCommerce experience at a consumer brand or online retailer
