Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· With the fast changing analytics landscape, this position will be responsible for ensuring that the Western European business is at the forefront of analytics innovation — driving the change from descriptive to prescriptive analytics. This position will be a key stakeholder in driving large-scale cross-functional projects with a profound consulting and analytics mentality.
· We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst with a passion for putting advanced and insights analytics techniques into actual action. The Data Analyst will be responsible for operationalizing, improving, and managing Dynamic Pricing within the Western European Direct to Consumer organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Apply advanced analytics techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics to design, implement, validate analytical models and algorithms
· Align with key business stakeholders to support the operationalization and implementation of Dynamic Pricing in Western Europe
· Refine the existing Dynamic Pricing model for full go-live by creating operating manuals, performing end to end process testing, and troubleshooting
· Manage different workstreams of the Dynamic Pricing project — ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned and milestones are met
· Use big data analytics to create a sustainable analytics framework, ensuring that the business impact of Dynamic Pricing can be measured, quantified, and interpreted
Projects:
· Operationalization of Dynamic Pricing in Western Europe
· Development of advanced analytics use cases for the Western European Direct to Consumer organization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously on a local and global level
· Outstanding problem solving skills – able to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
· Ability to create clear, concise and actionable materials for internal clients (including strong data visualization), and to influence their adoption of Analytics into their day-to-day business
· A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction
· Ability to work in a cross-functional team with internal stakeholders as well as 3rd party vendors
· Excellent working knowledge of Excel
· Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview)
· Experience with programming preferred (SQL, R, Python, Java)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· College or university degree ideally with a focus on finance, business analysis, and/or IT.
· Master’s degree in business analytics preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant area.
· Management consulting background is a plus.
