Purpose:

As a global organization, our Supply chain operations spans to different locations. To enable
end-to-end visibility, have a harmonized infrastructure and create better
supply chain solutions , the group has centralized several key functions in Amsterdam.

As part of this role, you will join a team in charge of deploying and executing the supply chain operations liked to one of our key sourcing Models: TradeCo Lite. You will be responsible for the execution of TradeCo Lite operational tasks. Notably purchasing processing, inbound execution and planning which are related to TradeCo Lite markets in scope.

Key Responsibilities:

· Secure correct execution of the Purchasing activities linked to the TradeCo Lite markets in scope
· Support process changes to ensure business performance in line with agreed targets
· Interface with local Inbound teams to ensure goods can arrive on time and within the agreed customs process
· Support the local teams in SCM related topics/questions linked to the Sourcing model
· Support new system user acceptance testing

· Ability to effectively communicate (both written & verbal) and to lead discussions and give presentations in small and large groups
· Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
· Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadline
· Good knowledge of standard software applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and preferably, familiar with SAP
· Fluent in English (written and oral)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

HBO Level degree with a focus on Logistics or a related field; or comparable experience.

· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
· Industry experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), and SAP.
