Purpose :
Planning the flow of goods from factories across the globe to our 7 Western European Fulfilment Centers or delivery direct to our Key Accounts customers, whilst ensuring on time in full (OTIF) availability of products to our Wholesale and Direct to Consumer channels.
Implementing the right measures to guarantee a smooth and cost efficient inbound process and against regionally set priorities.
To ensure control, accuracy and transparency of inventory across EDCs to support demand/inventory management and execution of SCM activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work cross functionally across the supply chain to achieve on time in full availability of goods
· Secure smooth collaboration with all colleagues and external parties on all interfaces
· Ensure that 3PL’s and carriers adhere to set lead times and dock dates
· Coordinate the handling of exceptional cases which fall outside of the standard process
· Inform markets on supply or transportation issues impacting availability
· Report on open POs in transit and support prioritization for intake according to IPI, allocation coverage and distribution center capacity
· Ensure that inbound deliveries (ASN’s) are accurate and created on time
· Ensure that systems reflect correct information by updating delivery dates and cleansing PO’s, and that an accurate ATP picture is maintained at all times
· Work closely with all SCM departments in order to control inventory related events (e.g. inbound volumes expected, order book cleanse impact, returns due to quality issues etc.)
· Analyze and support stock adjustments, resolve interface related issues to get SAP & warehouse management systems in sync and to keep a high stock accuracy
· Control all incoming and outgoing product flows in regards to blocked stock
· Work with EDCs to rework blocked stock coming from dedicated orders, quality issues and/or returns to make inventory available for consumption
· Execute and monitor all incoming/outgoing Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) involving EDCs
· Support inventory clearing and SKU reduction activities working with WE Clearance Management and EDCs
· Act as key tester for all system release changes, keep test-scripts updated and document all processes & procedures in the Order Fulfillment Manual

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Good knowledge of supply chain mechanics
· Process thinking
· Experience of working with SAP MM and SD
· Strong reporting & analytical skills
· Operations as well as a commercial mindset
· Good level of understanding of external transportation systems
· Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
· Demonstrating initiative and acting result oriented
· Strong and clear communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations
· Previous work experience in supply chain management will be considered as an advantage
· Good SAP skills and 3rd Party applications
· Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
· Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
· Preferably another European Language
