Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

· To provide contract related paralegal support for all brands serviced by the Global Legal Innovation team on a world-wide basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling the complete contract administration (communication with business partners, external lawyers, observing deadlines, sending reminders, etc.)
· Assist the Legal Counsels in contract review and drafting (NDA’s, assignment agreements, etc.)
· Assist in facilitating projects (including for example preparing training material, presentations, contract overviews, updating policies and guidelines, etc)
· Maintain and update department files, records, etc. (incl. Database PATRICIA)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Commercial apprenticeship, ideally “Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte / r”
· First experience with Legal / IP (at least 1 - 2 years)
· Fluency in English and ideally German
· IT Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
