Purpose
The adidas Group has set a target to win in the Direct to Consumers business, by becoming a world-class Omni Channel Player. The Digital Store Solution B&M - Department is focusing on providing the leading IT Solutions that are enabling us to achieve that target.

Key Accountabilities

·  Evaluate and design IT solutions focusing on Point-of-Sale System "GK Software" focusing mainly on Reporting, Cash Management and Rollout Governance.
·  Capture, understand, challenge and deliver Demands/RFC’s for your business partners.
·  Maintain an appropriate level of communication to all stakeholders and represent your function.
·  Support project managers in order to structure IT problem statements and evaluate, assess and design solutions.
·  Flexibility to define and strengthen your own area of interest within the department focusing on the POS-system.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

·  Highly motivated, proactive and innovative people with analytical skills and IT experience.
·  Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
·  Specific experience with GK Software is a plus alternatively experience with other POS Systems desired.

Qualifications

·  Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in the field of business/IT consulting.
·  Omni-Channel and/or Retail experience.
