Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a merchandising intern, he/she will provide the eCom Merchandising team with support in the transition process of ranging upcoming season’s products for European eCom markets but also support the team on in-season management topics. This Internship gives a great opportunity to get an insight into the overall eCom merchandising process. He/she will be working closely with the Buying Managers and will be able to learn from them and gain insight into their main tasks via meetings and briefings.
· Help by overall range management from pre-line forecasting to online introduction
· Manage and maintain all range management systems
· Align with Product Content, Demand Planning and Marketing Activation to ensure smooth, on-time and impactful product launches online.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Support with overall range management from pre-line to online introduction
· Help with Pre-season preparations which contain seasonal analysis, setting up and organizing assortment information for the coming season.
· Support Reebok merchandising team by inserting and updating product data into various computerized systems in order to keep the information accurate and recent.
· Alignment with all key stake holders prior to actual online introduction date) to drive a timely and efficient launch.
· Providing team with product reports supporting them in their product ranging, forecasting and planning processes.
· Ongoing Market Research. Collecting, preparing and presenting latest market development.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Currently a Business or Marketing student at a university or other instance of higher education
· Strong numeric, analytic, and writing attitude.
· Passion for Sporting Goods industry
· Professionalism and team oriented attitude.
· Advanced Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
· A good communicator and a hands-on attitude
· Level of English: Advanced
