Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To maximize Sales, Profit and Brand equity for LENA by providing high level and world class support to the Business in the execution of LENA Systems & support strategy.

Working closely with all functions and subsidiaries of LENA in the implementation of the adidas Global IT Standard and applying LENA strategy by providing consistent support across all LENA of Global Solutions activations and support for Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and Morocco.

Key Responsibilities:

LENA Solutions Activation

· Work with all business stakeholders at LENA and making sure IT is business partnership by providing Global and Local solutions with proven ROI on timely manner.
· Leverage, recommend and implement Global Solutions/Functions whenever and provide training where necessary.
· Responsible of the Change Management Process for his Areas of Responsibilities: Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated in functional specifications documentation, manage deliver of change requests after consultation with key business users, prioritizing where necessary, agreeing implementation timelines as appropriate with the Line managers.
· Provide on-site Project Management and Technical Design on specific technology matters across the Market.
· Initiate corrective action to act on identified applications or technical issues

LENA applications management

· Providing world class support and responsibility to LENA global and local solutions by acting L1 support hand on hand with 123 support, and making sure issues and RFCs solved as per agreed SLA.
· Establish and maintain IT governance structure with adidas LENA Market Process Owners of Areas of Responsibility to resolve issues and prioritize enhancement requests in support of adidas Group strategic direction.
· Ensure systems supporting the business are operating effectively.
· Build actions plans and ensure their execution to secure operational excellence.

LENA infrastructure

· Support and providing doable solution for all LENA offices and OWN Retail stores infrastructure as per global guidelines.
· NPS consistency.

Maintain proper reporting (below list).

· Conduct a formal monthly review of all project activities with IT EM team.

· Conduct a formal monthly review with all L2 support team to keep continues enhancement of our support model.
· Conduct a formal monthly review with business stakeholders by giving update on all IT activities and providing an update on critical topics.
· Other duties as requested by line manager

Key Relationships:

· L2 support team and IT operation team
· Local Business: Retail, Marketing, HR, and finance

KPI’s:

· Customer Satisfaction and SLA
· IT project deliveries
· Reporting accuracy

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineer
· 5 years of overall work experience in FMCG\\Retail industries (apparel, fashion, shoes or similar.)
· 3 Years on ERP and IT systems integration support (SAP and Navision Dynamics) are advantage.
· At least five IT projects accomplished as IT project manager.
· At least two ERP (Preferred SAP including integration) project delivered
· Strong knowledge and Skills on IT infrastructure and HW.
· Strong commercial awareness in within the consumer products/manufacturing industry desired over a 3 years’ period is highly desirable.
· Experience of working within an IT Business Solutions, Relationship Management or Consultative capacity is highly desirable.

IT Skills:

· Proven business process analysis skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, document findings, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions.
· Strong understanding of Wholesale, Marketing, Direct to Consumer (Retail, Ecommerce) and x-functional finance business processes in consumer product and manufacturing industries.
· SAP (SD, MM, FICO), TIBCO integration as middleware, Microsoft Navision dynamics
· Support, infrastructure (Routers and switches), Security and compliance
· IT Vendor management.
· Knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical, systems and structured analysis, and social skills and with the ability to view issues and requirements from a business perspective.
· Ability to manage and lead effectively in a team environment, coordinating multiple task in parallel.
· Good project management knowledge and experience and AGILE operation methodology.
· Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication and in person.
· Sound management skills.
