Purpose:

This role is part of the Group Functions Finance team supporting Supply Chain Management. It is a very technical role in charge of global reporting. This includes working with numerous data sources and systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel & Access, Microstrategy) in order to consolidate data into a comprehensive global report that serves as a basis for decision making for the SCM business and the board. We are looking for someone with a strong technical (systems-) background and an analytical and detail-oriented mindset who has interest in getting to know the functionalities of SCM and enjoys working with big data and partners in our markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take responsibility for the central reporting database (Microsoft Access) and manage the consolidation of large data quantities from multiple sources.
· Ensure data quality and data integrity across various reporting systems and tools.
· Play an active role in the creation of monthly global reporting packages.
· Support the team in Budget and Forecast processes.
· Improve working methods for day-to-day processes.
· Share expertise for assigned systems, tools and processes with the team (documentation and training).
· Support the transition to a BI environment based reporting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· High level of competence in Microsoft Excel & Access and preferably in MicroStrategy and SAP AFS
· Process-oriented mind-set and strong analytical skills
· High degree of customer orientation and service attitude
· Basic understanding of end-to-end business processes and business structures
· Ability to operate across markets and cross-functionally
· Eagerness to build Supply Chain-specific knowledge
· Very good communication skills
· Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
· Understanding of the complexity and interactions within an international company
· Flexibility and ability to maneuver in a dynamic environment

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in Information Systems of technical Finance/ BI backrgound
· Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
