Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
eCommerce is using SAP AFS, the ERP system of the adidas Group, as standard OMS (Order Management System) for the eCom shops to handle all orders and being the integral part in the data and order flow between webshop, warehouse and finance system. The OMS is needed to be able to fulfill all orders placed in the online shop and is a key component to ensure that products can be sold and shipped to consumers and eCommerce can reach its ambitious growth targets.
This position is responsible to ensure that all master data needed for the eCommerce backend processes and the Order Flow is complete and correct and that data and order transfer between the systems is running as expected.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain article master within SAP AFS including Price and Tax Setup
· Manage article master data interfaces and take action when necessary
· Exception and error handling with article data
· Manage the end to end order flow within the OMS
· Create reports and analyses within different systems
· Support and solve issues surrounding order flow
· Assist with the creation and maintenance of system and processes documentation as well as with the training of support staff
· Monitor eCom system Landscape and take action when necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong MS office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments with various levels of management
· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
· Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
· Aptitude for learning new software applications
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree preferred
· 2-4 years of experience in data management, reporting or analysis
· Industry specific experience preferred
· SAP or IBM Sterling experience
