In this role you will play a vital part of the Nordic Sales Service and Coordination team. You will be placed at the adidas office in Solna, Stockholm but will be required to travel to Norway and/or Finland approximately 3 days per month. You will report to our Nordic Manager Business Analystalso based in Solna, Stockholm.
How you will contribute to the adidas Group Success:
For the adidas Business Analyst, everything begins and ends with the end-consumers.You willprovide fact-based findings from Sell-out data reports as a decision making base, for future assortment plansfor our Top Nordic Whole Sale Customers.
Job Profile:
· Provide the Nordic Assortment Planner withall relevant, fact-based information to support him / her in the process of creating the optimal assortment- & range mix for or top accounts.
· Produce weekly Sales & Marketing reports for our Top Winning accounts in Norway & Finland
· Analyse the weekly sales data from customers and report back to the business each week with recommendations, highlighting market trends
· Produce rolling trackers for specific key accounts to capture key activities and events and understand variations year on year
· Produce monthly category overview for selected accounts and product/category level sales reports when required by the business
· Work in conjunction with account managers to identify risks or opportunities to the order book at category/article level due to current sell out trend and highlight to sales managers for quick decision making
· Drive recommendations for additional daily business in co-operation with the Nordic Business Analyst Manager & the Nordic Sales & Marketing teams
· Support Sales teams with ad hoc queries relating to category plans, sell out data and internal sales forecasting as well as PowerPoints related to order book analysis andsell out data.
· Look to improve the Rate of Sale (ROS) analysis issued to senior sales teams through systems such as EDI, Business Objects, Microstrategy, SPS Commerce
· Work closely with Sales Co-ordination team to supply analysis of branded space for range planning
· Work with CTC, Brand Activation and Sales Category Champions to track significant campaigns and new product launches..
· Lead the Nordic Noos (never out of stock) process, supporting customer teams with reports
Your Profile:
· Strong IT skills across all applications, particularly advanced knowledge level in Excel
· Strong Analytical and numerical skills
· Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
· Ability to build strong relationships around the businesses
· Fluent in one Nordic language and English
· At least 2 years background within, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, logistics/purchasing/planning or merchandising environment
· Bachelor's degree in business or equal
