You will be focusing on implementing and activating the respective global and Western Europe strategies and guidelines in the Nordics by creating impactful activations for the Nordic target consumers in line with the Nordic strategy, and positioning adidas Originals as being the most innovative, digital and creative brand in the target audience.

What you will do

Create and drive brand awareness in the eyes of the Nordic consumer with digital focus.

Drive the brand ambition and activate all Nordic Originals/Style initiatives according to Nordic brand calendar, co-coordinate cross functional teams and Western Europe strategies.

Develop, enhance and maximize our digital presence, support the PR department with maximize our partners, influencers and assets social networks and drive conversion to own Ecom.

Create activation plan to significantly improve the Brand and Business KPI´s. Ensure all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards and expectations, meet KPI´s and are on-budget/on-time and P/L follow up. Drive brand KPI´s. Brand Momentum, Net Promoter Score and Spontaneous Purchase Intent.

Create positive development of adidas brand image and sustainable and profitable market share growth.

What you have

A marketer and digital native mindset with great insight and understanding of digital presence, social media and future trends.

Feeling in latest trends within sports, fashion and streetwear/and insights within niche subcultures/communities/networks – with womens focus.

Creative and sense of visual execution and production – and simultaneously be skilled at analyzing audiences and capturing new consumer trends and behavior’s.

Strong communication skills, experiences with building and managing strategies combined with practical experiences incl. budget management.

Driven to succeed against set KPI´s and measurements.

Ability to analyze data to improve strategic decisions and implementation – and media buying.

A skilled project leader and adaptable for changes.

Who you are

3-4 years in communication or equivalent industry experience

Rounded marketing experience essentials across the mix retail, brand, digital, product

Bachelor degree or similar such as Hyper Island or Berhgs

Great marketing experience of digital and data

Experience of consumer studies’, trends and behavior´s

Fluent in English
