Position Summary:
In the fall of 2017 Reebok Global brand headquarters will be moving to downtown Boston. We are hiring a Benefits Analystto help create the new in Boston and deliver a best in class rewards experience for employees. This individual will be dedicated toadministering employee benefit plans for all health and welfare and retirement plans for Reebok employees. Reporting into the Rewards organization based at adidas North America headquarters in Portland, thisprofessionalwill be the Reeboklocal resource for translating down the Company benefits to employees and supporting day to day requests for individualized information and support.
Key Responsibilities :
· Benefits Administration of all Company benefit plans including medical, dental, reimbursement accounts, educational assistance, life and disability plans. Interaction with third party vendors, including medical and dental carriers, COBRA/FSA administrator, Conducts benefit orientations for new hires. Coordinates annual open enrollment initiatives. Initiates required annual 5500 filings with the IRS. Analyzes complexity of electronic enrollment system and initiates problem resolution.
· First point of contact for employees with questions regarding the stock purchase plan rules and enrollment. Provide support for employees with service provider portal.
• Administer employee leave of absence including Family Medical Leave Act andMassachusetts Family Leave Absence.
· Assists in the administration and adherence of required legislative and compliance initiatives of the 401k retirement plan. Act in accordance with the plan’s document and ERISA regulatory requirements. Coordinate 401k audit working with the Recordkeeper of the plan as well as the external auditors. Perform compliance testing for the plan such as ADP/ACP discrimination testing and coverage testing. Process employer match and profit-sharing contributions. Daily administration tasks include file transmission maintenance, participant problem resolution, processing of loans and QDRO’s when needed. Coordinate participant communications as well as promotion of the plan for new hires. Frequent interaction with the Recordkeeper, auditors, and legal council. Act as liaison with other members of the affiliate groups for group related projects and initiatives.
· Assist in administration and adherence of required legislative and compliance initiatives of the Affordable Care Act. Ensures and coordinates compliance with third party administrators. Initiates required documentation and correspondence to eligible participants. Keeps abreast of legislative changes and makes required adjustments when necessary.

Qualifications

· Minimum2 year Benefits experience.
· CEBS Preferred
