Purpose:

· Support Manager Quality Assurance and Testing in assigned tasks and projects.
· Support problem solving related to product quality from development to first production in responsible OCs; ensure all testing activities in T1 suppliers in responsible OCs are meeting adidas group requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance
· Assist to monitor Product Creation teams to follow and comply with adidas quality requirement in development process.
· Assist to provide quality risk evaluation / flexible solution without quality compromise at development stage in order to minimize quality concern and/or risk in production.
· Support to track product quality in first production, focus on potential risk, high volume, new models.

Product and Lab testing
· Conduct audits/validations to identify weak areas and give clear directions as a trainer and advisor to the T1 testing teams to ensure testing method/testing result is in accordance with the adidas-group requirements.
· Support communication with regards to testing topics to other locations and HQ to make sure all involved parties are aligned.
· Support to make judgement calls of testing result in case of ambiguous situations.
· Supervise T1 factories to implement A01 system and make sure the restricted substances are well controlled in adidas products.
· Assist to conduct periodic audits to identify weak areas for T1 Product Testing and lab teams for their improvement
· Coordinate with lab system administrator and provide support to system users in system maintenance.
· Train new comers of other departments on testing knowledges.
· Support in review of limited release.

· Good in English (written and spoken)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· College degree
· At least one year working experience in footwear production, development, or testing area or equivalent experiences.
