Key Responsibilities
Functional;
· To build Market’s B2B strategy aligned with total Market’s Strategic Business Plan
· To ensure profitable B2B business growth
· To plan and manage the B2B business with ‘preferred’ customers
· To ensure sell-in based on sell-out
· To monitor product flow to ensure the final product usage
Personnel;
· Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports
· Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job
· Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
· Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces
Controlling;
· To measure progress on own KPIs
· To report to all superiors
· To monitor all reports
· To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions
· To provide realistic sales plan with ensuring profitability
· To ensure B2B Sales forces implement the latest Group B2B and Asset Branded Strategy
· To ensure customer compliance with agreements
Professional background:
· Functional: > 3-4 years Sales, partly as KAM or in the Field
· Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
· Leadership: > NA
· Exposure: Sports, account marketing
Educational Background
:
· University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
IT and Language skills
· Outlook: basic
· Word: advanced
· Excel: advanced
· PowerPoint: basic
· English: advanced
· Local language: Fluent
