Purpose: Coordinate and implement assigned tasks to aid in the creation of Visual Merchandising Manuals, Guidelines & training programs to respond to Brand positioning and strategy. Coordinate and implement assigned tasks to aid in the development, innovation and management of all visual merchandising tools ensuring Global consistency.

Key Accountabilities:

· Assist the Visual Merchandising Managers to create VM tools whilst ensuring continued alignment to Brand objectives and positioning:
· Create seasonal VM guidelines and tools based on brand marketing calendar for markets to implement campaigns.
· Support Business units on specific topics on which VM expertise is needed.
· Improve processes:
· Monitor the Retail industry (brick and mortar and digital) for best practices that can be adapted for adidas.
· Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.
· Work with input and direction from supervisor, with limited direction for standard assignments.
· Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:

· Specialised skills and knowledge in Visual Merchandising, with broad knowledge in retail.
· Strong organisation skills and flexibility.
· Strong communication skills.
· A strong desire to gain experience in retail Visual Merchandising.
· English fluent: verbal, written & spoken. Another European language is an advantage.
· IT: Microsoft Office advanced. iShopShape/ Mockshop.

Qualifications:

· Business or Marketing Degree.
· 1-2 years’ experience in retail visual merchandising including fashion retailing.
