Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· To support the operations of the eCommerce business across SEA countries including, but not limited to, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam in the areas of masterdata and order management.
· This role will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and solving issues surrounding order flow in all eCom systems, including SAP RTL and SAP AFS as well as data management, data governance and data quality of all master data objects used in existing ERP system (SAP).
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Management Ops (40%):
· Manage the end to end order flow within the OMS
· Support and solve issues surrounding order flow within the OMS & various payment options
· Perform E2E order checks within various payment methods to ensure order completion and work with relevant teams to resolve pending orders
· Monitor order in the backlog and perform necessary action to resolve the issues
· Create reports and analyses within different systems
· Assist with the creation and maintenance of system and processes documentation as well as with the training of relevant team member
· Masterdata Ops (40%):
· Maintain article master within SAP AFS including Price and Tax Setup
· Manage article master data interfaces and take necessary action to resolve issues with relevant teams
· Exception and error handling with article data
· Perform master data cleansing to identify potential duplicate/incorrect records
· Maintain data accuracy and perform data updates in system on time
· Site Ops (20%):
· Monitor eCom system Landscape and take necessary action to resolve the issue together with the relevant teams while maintaining the clear communication to stakeholders
· Drive the resolution of tickets raised to Global ops team
· Assist with the initiative to improve process gaps and maintain the communication with stakeholders
Key Relationships:
· Global DBC, Global eCom ops, SEA Hub & country eCom, GBS Dalian, Local Finance, SEAPAC Category team, SEAPAC planning/purchasing team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· This role requires an individual who is a strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a detail and results oriented approach.
· An individual with a backend background (IT/Supply Chain/Operations) or who has worked with master data or order management in SAP environment will be a key to success for this role.
· A good knowledge of finance, accounting and costing will be a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply chain or other related degree
