Purpose

Digital Brand Commerce (DBC) creates the digital future by delivering a premium digital experience centered on our consumers. The aspiration is to define and build the global ecosystem empowering BU’s and Markets by providing a consistent digital strategy, direction and capabilities, leading all one seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.

We want to refine our existing global digital analytics activities by exploiting the vast amount of information and insights available through Adobe Analytics, Voice of Customer platform, Customer Experience measurement and beyond. Your modus operandi is to drive the analytics function by providing actionable insights that would drive strategies and business outcome. As a Digital Analyst, you are a natural and fluent bridge builder, between analytics function and cross-function stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

· Providing digital analytics services (social/mobile/web) to achieve our business goals.
· Maintain the analytics toolbox, enabling the brand marketing organization to work data driven and have timely actionable insights.
· Ensure that the data is relevant and accurate.
· Provide reporting and insights to the decision makers.
· Challenge the status quo by monitoring the market for innovative solutions.
· Keep up to date on the developments of the social/mobile/digital ecosystem (key trends in technologies, players, vendors, etc.).
· Assist in generating actionable insights to support campaign optimization.
· Design, specify, produce, and at times build reports and dashboards.
· Assist with developing and measuring marketing stimuli (A/B and multi-variant) test results in collaboration with creative, media and technology teams to build robust marketing and advertising strategies.
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· Broad knowledge and understanding of social media, digital, and mobile business.
· Minimum of 1-2 years exposure in digital (e.g. agency) environment.
· Minimum of 1-2 years analytics responsibility, in particular Web and Social Media Analytics.
· Hands on experience with analytics tools, e.g. Adobe, Google Analytics, Crimson Hexagon, Synthesio, Crowd Tangle, Simply Measured.
· Excellent analytical, numerical, strategic, and influencing skills.
· Ability to influence and build relationships quickly to work collaboratively across several departments and teams.
· Strong communication skills, ensuring that insights are understood and translated into actions.
· Excellent networking skills in an international context.
· Strong technical understanding of database and query language.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

· College/university degree from an accredited institution with a major in marketing or digital.
· 2+ years of progressive work experience.
