Key Accountabilities:

Each graduate internship will vary in responsibilities and projects. Below is a good example of what you could expect at adidas:


Raise brand awareness through market analysis on the consumer and competitive landscape


Gather data and identify trends/opportunities to evolve and grow the business; quantify growth opportunity and financial projections


Identify focus areas and make recommendations to improve brand presence


Assist in the development of presentations


Coordinate events and meetings


Maintain and update systems and spreadsheets


Present ideas to engage with our consumer beyond digital & social and present a point-of-view on athlete, collegiate asset and celebrity activation


Partner cross-functionally on communications, product cycle process, media requests, etc


Personal Project Presentation: Develop personal project based on assigned project brief and present to key stakeholders


Cross-Functional Project Presentation: Collaborate with fellow interns on a cross-functional project to present to key stakeholders throughout the business

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:


Must be a MBA/Graduate student in the 2017-2018 academic year


Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)


6 months of relevant work, extracurricular or volunteer experience


Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing work environment


Strong communication skills


Strong interest in fashion, sports and the athletic apparel or retail industry


All candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US for the entire duration of the internship

Ability to think cross functionally and gather, manipulate and evaluate data from multiple sources


Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
