This posting is for multiple internships within Legal. Our summer internship program runs from
June 13 to August 19, 2015.

Objective:

As one of our interns you will help us support our ongoing goal of developing a lean and efficient legal department that provides top-level service to our business. The internship is designed to provide the law student with exposure to and an understanding of how an in-house law department functions and to see how law school teachings relate to real-world practice by being exposed to a variety of practice group assignments. The legal intern will work closely with attorneys and professional staff, participate in day-to-day activities, and make important contributions in a variety of legal areas.

Key Accountabilities :

· Review and analysis of agreements and other documents
· Participate in conference calls, negotiations, and liaise with other departments to problem-solve issues
· Complete legal research projects
· Demonstrate writing and editing skills by drafting, revising, or digesting legal documents
· Provide actionable recommendations and take ownership of presenting the results of your assigned work or project

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· Motivation to exceed in an rapidly changing environment with a steep learning curve
· Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal skills
· Strong research skills
· Reliable, with strong initiative and follow-through
· Extremely detail oriented
· Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

· Must have completed the first year of law school
· Minimum 3.0 GPA
