Accounts Assistant - Permanent - Liverpool

I have a tremendous opportunity in South Liverpool for a conscientious Accounts Assistant to join an international service provider on a permanent basis.

This is a challenging role offering plenty of variety for a AAT student who is familiar with cash-book, sales ledger and purchase ledger.

You will join a stable, friendly team and receive daily training and support from a knowledgeable Team Leader. A flexible approach to work and experience of managing your own workloads, sales invoice processing, purchase ledger, supplier statement reconciliations and banking is essential.

The successful applicant will be a pro-active team player who has an appreciation for improving business processes, whilst providing accurate work to deadline.

The job holder must be IT literate and have good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables/VLook ups).

Ideally you will;

• Be seeking a permanent Accounts Assistant position in Liverpool
• Have a proven, all round accounts background and be familiar to high volume transactional processing
• Possess impressive academic qualifications and be working towards your AAT qualification (or equivalent)
• Be a thorough, tenacious and results orientated individual
• Have excellent MS Excel skills (Pivots/look ups), strong written/communication skills
