Job description

We are looking for a dedicated, versatile and hands-on HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Barcelona!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR activities within the team as part of the different initiatives that are implemented at a corporate level.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a global environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of our company.The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with relevant experience in managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle, as well as in broader HR processes; and with a strong interest in growing across the full HR function.

Tasks:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.

- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop different recruitment strategies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Manage onboarding activities for new hires in collaboration with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. ((handling candidates paperwork & induction programs).

- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support a scalable and compliant HR infrastructure at a corporate and local level.

-Support the design and implementation of HR engagement activities that promote a positive and inclusive workplace aligned with the company culture.

-Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs across teams. Assist the performance management process.

- Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and managers.

Requisitos
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in HR generalist roles, ideally within multinational environments.
- Hands-on experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle independently, including onboarding.
- Demonstrated interest in developing across the full HR function, with a growth mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

-Salary: 35,000k
-Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
-Direct contract with the company
