Our client is currently seeking an experienced eCRM marketing executive to join the fast-paced corporate marketing function. You will be part of a team which provides innovative internal marketing solutions targeted at customers' employees.

Within this position you will be tasked with maximising revenue and engagement through digital communications programmes. You will connect leading retail offers with our client's clients' employees.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
-planning, developing, and delivering an eCRM schedule
-ensuring emails conform to internal standards, clients standards, and retail partners expectations
-monitoring variables in order to refine campaigns
-developing the subscription database
-managing opt-in/opt-out process
-be involved in implementation of new automation system
-developing strategic automated programmes
-using data analysis to produce reports and recommend improvements for future campaigns
-providing innovative ideas and creative suggestions to maximise campaigns
-understanding how to best utilise power of data to deliver engaging content and ensure a personalised marketing programme

To be up for this challenge you will need
-to be a natural communicator who enjoys networking and relationship building
-a dynamic and creative personality, with strong ideas, and ability to maximise engagement
-solid experience in fast-paced marketing environment with a focus on high volume email delivery
-exposure to marketing automation platforms
-marketing related degree or qualification
-effective time management skills
-excellent attention to detail and experience of analysing data, and problem solving through variables
-experience of managing data in the most effective way to deliver dynamic, personalised content
