Are you someone that loves identifying solutions and offering assistance in resolving technical queries? If so, we want you to join our client's team of Product Support Advisors.

SALARY & BENEFITS

·  £28,000

·  Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)

·  Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm

·  Braintree, Great Notley

·  Permanent, Full-Time

THE JOB

·  Taking calls from customers with any technical issues with their product

·  Raising warranty claims

·  Ensuring administration spreadsheets are up to date

·  Acting as the initial point of contact for engineers and warranty enquiries
