We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Training Administrator for our client based within the Petersfield area.

The successful candidate will be required to work 8 hours on both a Saturday and Sunday, you will be required to work 24 hours during the week (these hours can be worked flexibly). This position will be split; you will work as a Warehouse Trainer in which you will be keeping all training records up-to-date. You will also need to manage the Shipping/Administrative side of things, where you will carry out shipping administration duties during the weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Maintain and update training records

·  Create and maintain a training matrix

·  Manage any risks to service levels to Assembly, Compounding or any Ship to Customers

·  Manage bin locations and all other relevant activities to ensure inventory accuracy

·  Ensure accuracy of Warehouse locator system

·  Ensure any outstanding storage from 3rd party warehousing is available for assembly and liaise with 3rd party warehousing and Assembly to resolve any storage queries

·  Arrange for the export of Goods, arrange transportation, preparing documentation accurately and within agreed timescales

·  Maintain and update the Export schedule
