Project Overview:
Work on complex challenges. Solve real needs in people's professional lives. Learn about the craziness of the advertising ecosystem and help to improve it.
We help keep the internet free. For many small to medium publishers and app developers, our products run the advertising platform that keeps them in business.

Overall Responsibilities:
-Develop the product strategy in partnership with PM and ENG
-Create new designs, including (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
-Communicate design intent to teams and stakeholders. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs.
-Work closely with user researchers to better inform designs through users' point of view.
-Collaborate with, and develop mutual respect and trust with, Product/Program Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers.

Top 5 Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop the product strategy partnering with PM and ENG
- Create new designs, including (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Communicate design intent to teams and stakeholders. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs.
- Collaborate with, and develop mutual respect and trust with, Product/Program Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
- Define and drive user experience research and usability studies to gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer - Interactions (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing desktop or web applications, from pre- to post-launch.
- Basic Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MA/MS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing complex desktop or web applications, solving tough interaction challenges.
- Experience with interaction design. Ability to create confident and clean visual designs.
- Experience in defining and expanding design systems, components and patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
