A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Bracknell branch as a Permanent Consultant.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and hardworking individual to manage their own desk, building up market knowledge within your sector and utilising your knowledge to cultivate new business relationships.

You will ideally be an all-rounder looking to join a fun but hardworking team that works well together supporting each other and getting the job done.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

·  Sourcing and engaging with candidates to support them in their career and utilising effective attraction methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates

·  Manage client relationships to build effective long-term partnerships

·  Speaking to clients over the telephone and face to face to build lasting relationships

·  Obtaining and following up on leads, through warm and cold calls

The ideal candidate will have/be:

·  Previous experience of working within a sales environment

·  Ability to manage your own workload

·  A good understand of social media, along with good networking skills

·  Strong, confident personality with the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently

·  Excellent customer service, and strong telephone manner

·  Computer literate

·  Full driving licence and access to a car is advantageous
