Great standard of client service, professional approach at all times

Superb organisational skills, able to manage busy to do list & adapt to needs of the business at busy times too

Cool under pressure, abloe to work well to deadlines too

A commercially minded approach able to work well in a sales environment & to targets too

You will have good self presentation standards, be well presented for Adecco & professional as this role will be candidate facing every day

Driver with own vehicle is essential for this role

What will the role entail?

You will maintain on-going positive relationships on a weekly basis with candidates and regular contact to maintain commitment & ensure availability

You will interview & assess candidates to fully understand their capabilities

For you to provide feedback to candidates to enable them to identify development needs

Ideal candidate for this role:

* Would suit someone who is looking to start a recruitment career with focus on sales, customer service to clients of the highest standard & great communication skills too

* Able to build a good rapport

* Excellent attention to detail

* Confident and personable

Hours are: Monday to Friday - 9.00am-5.30pm

Salary £18,000 plus bonus plus benefits package
