Working for a forward thinking and ambitious organisation you will be part of a busy Customer Administration team where you will be supporting a busy team of Customer Sales Advisors with all associated underwriting administration.

This position is a full time role including some weekend working so you need to be flexible.

What you'll be doing:

As an Underwriting Administrator you will be working along side our team of sales advisors who arrange finance for customers. You will be doing all associated administration.

Full training will be given you just need to be keen to learn, have good attention to detail and be a real team player.

This is a vital role in a busy department and will be contributing towards the amazing service that they provide for thousands of customers every month who come to them looking for a great deal to fund their new purchase.

This is a varied role which also includes telephone answering, taking customer applications, liaising with dealers and finance companies, electronic filing and responding to customer email enquiries.

Basic computer literacy is required but full training will be given.

The ideal candidate must have:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·  The ability to multi-task

·  Great attention to detail

·  Enjoy exceeding customer's expectations

·  A good level of computer literacy

·  happy to work weekends as part of the role on a rota
