Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis working 40 hours per week.
The key responsibilities of the job role are:
* Provide administration support to the department
* Organise regional and department meetings and prepare and circulate papers as necessary
* Control the maintenance spread sheet and monitoring of revenue and expenditure.
* Working with Excel on a daily basis to help run reports, pull reports off the system and work with the analysis team to help provide data and reports to the management team
* Answering incoming phone queries and dealing with them in a professional manner
To be considered for this role you will need:
* To have a strong admin background
* Have good Excel skills - tables/Formulas
* Be a confident Microsoft Office user
* Good organisational skills
The role is a full time role working Monday to Friday covering 40 hours
