Full-Time Telesales

£7.83 per hour plus commission realistic OTE within 6-9 months of £40k

Prime city centre locate with cheap parking close by

Standard daily hours 9.00am - 5.00 pm with an early finish of 3.00pm Friday

Due to a expansion of services they are looking for a self-motivated person with an excellent phone manner, negotiation and relationship building skills to join the team.

They provide a range of services to clients big and small across the UK and beyond. One of their key services is offering cost effective solutions to existing and new clients. Working within a well established organisation you will learn the art to securing client commitment and building lasting rapport on the telephone.

This opportunity is a unique chance of becoming a key board member within 2 years.

Key requirements for this role:

*Motivated to pick up the phone and liaise with key B2B decision makers to acquire information for client quotations.

*Able to build a professional rapport on the phone and deliver exemplary client service.

*To keep accurate and accessible call records and report back on your progress to business owners and clients.

*To follow up on key administrative duties resulting from calls.

*To work independently as a agent to ensure the brand is reflected in a positive light at all times.

Key experience:

*Driven and works under own direction.

*B2B phone liaison / appointment setting / outbound customer service experience.

*Practised communicator in person and on the phone.

*Able to produce basic office documents and correspondence (written and electronic) to an accurate level.
