Job Description:

Reports to: Sales Office Manager
Job Scope:
Working in a B2B environment making proactive telephone calls across the plumber's merchant customer base in the whole of the UK. Effectively communicating our clients brand values and products to a range of plumber's merchants through the collection of repeat orders, introduction of new products and follow up of marketing campaigns.
Dealing with inbound sales enquiries and keeping up-to-date with developments with customers to provide accurate customer feedback and contribute to overall team and sales/marketing effectiveness.
Working with minimum supervision to complete tasks and achieve targets within specified timescales.
Accurate recording and processing of information is essential in this role along with the desire to succeed and earn bonus.
Main duties:
 Telephoning new prospects and existing customers to achieve call objectives
 Completing tasks within timescales to meet team and individual objectives
 Identifying and generating sales opportunities
 Gaining a commitment from the customer to close the sale
 Dealing with inbound sales enquires
 Ensuring sales orders and enquiries are accurately recorded, forwarded for processing and keeping the customer informed of progress where appropriate
 Providing customer feedback for marketing/quality purposes
 CPD within the sales environment through ISMM if applicable
 Any other task commensurate with the role.
