We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Lead Administrator to join a successful organisation based just outside of Romford.
Based across 5 sites across London, you will be responsible to drive benefits and values of the internal system across the organisation. You will play a vital role in supporting improvement projects, working with a wide variety of colleagues in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Understanding the system and assist in making best practise decisions
* Carrying out minor amendments and configurations to enhance the system
* Liaising between users and the development team, ensuring that specifications from users represent best practise and can be understood by the development team
* Contributing to the design of their system and eventually supporting additional systems within the organisation
* Representing the project team at workshops and assisting the Head of Systems with operating model redesign
* Evaluating change requests
* Create and manager user documentation.
The most suitable candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, with sound technical knowledge and the ability to communicate across all levels of staff, providing the best solutions to their colleagues.
