We have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic Supply Chain Analyst in the Loughborough area.

The main job responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining valid material and production schedules accounting for all demands and optimising supply, providing input to the S&OP process on production volume requirements and ensuring issues and conflicts are elevated to the S&OP process for resolution.

Working with other areas of the business and participating in the planning of maintenance, new product and equipment introductions, and liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery of materials required for production orders are on time, in full and to agreed specification.

Maintaining the MPS system and parameters, managing inventory and the effective supply of materials to support the production plan. Raise purchase orders, communicate expedite/de-expedite change requests to suppliers.

Essential Requirements:

·  Competent with the analysis of data and working knowledge of Windows based computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·  Good problem solving and communication skills with a high competency of written and spoken English in a professional setting

·  At least six months experience within the Pharmaceutical industry with a good knowledge of GMP.

·  Experience of updating technical documents & SOP's e.g. product specifications, quality documents.

Desirable Requirements:

·  Educated to degree level in a Science or Engineering.

·  Experience of complaints or quality investigation, although full training will be provided.

·  Experience of SAP software.

·  Experience of Minitab statistical software.

·  Laboratory experience, however full training will be provided.
