Job Title: Sales & Project Tracking Co-ordinator
Salary: £22,000
Location: Hatfield
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client based in Hatfield. They are looking for a Sales & Project Tracking Co-ordinator. You would be overseeing all aspects of Project Registration. Track projects on Construction Database and feed project intel into the sales force and communicate to all relevant dept.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
* Develop close working relationships both internally & externally
* Achieve and aim to exceed all KPIs and work towards Company goals.
* Track existing LES Projects, research to gather more information including
* Identifying the tendering parties involved in projects and keeping the Sales Force up to date.
* Administer all aspects of Trade Plus scheme, from application to review
* The 1st line of contact on enquiries
* Administer the Third Party Claims
* Maintain reputation of Sales & Project Tracking Department/LES both internally & externally
* Working professionally and maintaining LES/ Customer confidentiality at all times
* Remain up to date in all aspects of training & development
* Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* Educated to GSCE level or equivalent.
* Customer service experience is essential.
* IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
* Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
* Ability to use own initiative.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
* Adaptable and open to new processes and/or changes
