Senior Sales Development Representative Needed (Financial Services)

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of a successful team responsible for working towards maximising the current portfolio and increase merchant base by generating quality sales leads for the different Sales Channels.

Ideally they need someone who's looking to be their senior rep who will supervise when the sales development and support manager is out of the office/ in meetings. Previous experience in cold calling/ lead generation is essential.

What You Will Be Doing:

·  Make effective contact with new and prospective customers to introduce the client and create interest in their products and services.

·  Answer inbound calls from new business prospects, ensuring all opportunities are identified.

·  Operate telephone technology in a manner that adheres to procedures and ensures the business meets the audit requirement set by external regulators.

·  Achieve targets including lead generation and quality performance measures in line with objectives

·  Effectively and proactively monitoring work volumes and adhering to agreed timescales

·  Written responses to be accurate, clear, concise and dispatched within agreed time scales

·  Maintain data/statistics and produce MI

·  Maintain and develop knowledge of procedures and ensure all enquiries are handled in line with company policy, ensuring regulatory requirements are observed
