They have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join their busy expanding sales office as a Sales Administrator.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for taking and managing incoming calls and processing sales orders. This is a busy, fast paced role which will be a mixture of administration and customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied, fast paced, customer service role. If you are looking to take on more responsibility and to really make a difference in a role then this could be a fantastic start for you. Responsibilities

·  Receive and process orders

·  Take enquiries for sales orders

·  General administration

·  Deal with difficult customers

·  Receive between 60-80 calls daily

·  Proactive and can use your own initiative

·  Ability to prioritise

·  Great attention to detail

·  Office experience
