Our client in Grays are looking for a Hire/Sales Administrator.

The main responsibilities of this role

� Deal with enquiries (Via phone/email)

� Quote existing/new clients

� Chase up existing/new customers

� Process orders

� Arrange sub-contracted site services

� Raise purchase orders for cross hires

� Raise sales invoices for additional works

� Examine reported damaged to returned units and costs to customers

� Support Hire manager as required

� Ad hoc admin duties as required

� Good knowledge of Microsoft packages

� Good telephone manner

� Work well under pressure

� Attention to detail

� Ability to work to deadlines

� Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable)
