Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is looking for a Sales Administrator/Account Manager to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis.

The role will involve dealing with customer queries, upselling products, dealing with complaints, updating the company system and spreadsheets, building relationships with new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will also have the ability to learn a comprehensive product list and be able to advise customers on their orders. You will liaise with the Warehouse on a day to day basis and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a background in an Administration role with a background in upselling
-Have excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
-Be a pro active, professional individual with a drive to succeed
-To be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in as part of a close knit team!

Free parking is available.

This role would be full time, Monday to Friday.
