Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client based in East London for an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a well established company who are looking for someone who wants a career with them!

You will be based in their Customer Service Team working within Sales Order Processing. You must have an excellent eye for detail, be well organised and want to learn.

Duties and responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):

- Process all orders on a daily priority basis
- Process all invoices, credit sales and refunds in line with current regulations
- Action all non bundled items, including web order reconciliations, on a daily priority basis in line with agreed service standards
- Prepare requests for processing as appropriate
- Key data from source documents on to the database
- Agree control figures with bundle totals, investigate any discrepancies and bring any unresolved queries to the attention of the Team Leader
- To assist with responses to incoming communications
- To provide telephone support to other areas within Customer Service as required.

We are looking for candidates with good time management skills and excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel. You must be able to work on your own initiative, ensuring that deadlines are met and be able to manage multiple objectives and see things through to completion within set deadlines.
