As part of Adecco's continued growth & expansion, we have an opportunity for a recruiter to join the team, initially on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent.

With your background in recruitment, you will be heavily involved with sourcing the best staff in the area with a focus on continuous improvement.

Some aspect of your day to day activities will be:

·  Actively developing relationships with clients through regular contact in order to provide a high quality service

·  Developing a pool of candidates which the business can use to support its various on-going projects

·  Registration and Selection - To assist in the process of registering and selection of applicants in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client's requirements to ensure there is a sufficient labour pool to meet labour demands.

·  Induction & Training - To ensure that all workers are fully briefed on site rules in line with the hiring client's instructions and requirements.

·  Labour Booking - To book sufficient workers, meeting the appropriate client criteria, in a timely manner to ensure that the client booking is fully met each week.

·  File Management and System compliance - To accurately complete all administration as required and ensure that all records are filed accurately and completely to enable accessibility at all times.

·  Payroll and Administration - To ensure daily and weekly completion of time-sheets, payroll, costings, KPI's, statistics and other administration as required.

·  Worker Support - To minimise pay queries and help and support workers with day to day work related issues to ensure that labour problems and disputes are minimised.

·  Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Company.

To be successful / considered for this role you will come with the following background:

·  Recruitment experience - experience of the full recruitment process;

·  Strong interviewing skills with an innate ability to choose the best candidates.

·  Interview process design and deployment experience

·  Strong sense of personal responsibility and mission, we like people who like to win!

·  Excellent communication skills - ability to engage and consult with key internal stakeholders

·  Genuine interest in new sourcing trends and ability to learn and pick up new technology quickly.

·  Excellent technical skills with an ability to learn new software and create reports effectively
