Recruitment Administrator
Manchester City Centre
£8.25 per hour
6 months + contract

Role:
My client are a leading and highly reputable leader in the retail industry and we are looking for high quality and customer service focused Administrators to work in a temporary contract role starting in at the end of May or beginning of June. The role will involve working in the HR shared service centre in a system based role advertising vacancies, sending offers and contractual intimation and updating candidates and hiring managers.

Candidates will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to both internal and external customers in accordance with the company's processes and procedures by offering a Human Resource service.

The role will require the following:
Delivering a high standard of customer service that meets the team SLA's
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system
Work effectively as part of a team

Some telephone work may be required depending on business needs

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and knowledge:
Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft packages and email

Fast and accurate computer skills
Have very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm on a rotating - 8-4pm and 11-7pm shift pattern
Every second Saturday with a day off in the week

This position will start at the end of May and beginning of June until around December, candidates will need to be available the full contract.
