I am currently recruiting for a part time administrator/receptionist to work for a large established organisation in their Solihull site.
The successful applicant will be required to book meeting rooms and organise parking, action emails, greet guests and also be responsible for some light administrative duties. You will also be required to answer the phone and connect calls to the appropriate colleagues.
This role is to begin on Monday 30th April and will be between the hours of 10am-2pm Monday-Friday. This is a temporary role which is on an ongoing basis, and the client currently has an additional full time receptionist in place who can help to support.
