Project Administrator

Location: Harlow (Edinburgh Way)

Salary: £10.00 - £11.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Type: Temporary - Permanent contract

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Adecco are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join out client based in Harlow, Edinburgh Way. You will be working closely with colleagues within the projects team. You will deliver first class administration support including production of quality documentation with accuracy and have the confidence to communicate proactively within the team: you will also work closely with the wider business.

The primary focus of the role is to provide admin support to the Project Managers, including, but not limited to:

- Update work programs as necessary

- Collate O&M manuals

- Management of correspondence

- Set up new projects with the relevant documentation

- Ensure all project files meet NSI and NAFE accreditation's, in preparation for inspections and audits

- Ensure the projects teams forecasts and actual figures are updated monthly and targets are met, escalate under performance to head of projects

- Liaise with clients, QS's and consultants re billing for individual projects, through applications, invoices and variations

- Be the main point of contact for our clients and end users

- Order parts on behalf of Project Managers - Managing invoices against completion of works
