Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Production Operatives to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

·  Operating machinery and equipment according to standard procedures

·  Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control

·  Performing quality checks on finished products

·  Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

·  Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines

·  Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required

·  Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

·  Good communication skills

·  Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
