Job title: Production Operative

Location: Whitstable, Kent

Pay rate: £11.45 per hour

Contract: Temporary to permanent position

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:10pm, 8am-4pm Friday

Breaks

Lunch 12:55-1:15pm (un-paid)

Morning break 10:05-10:15 (paid)

The role we are recruiting for is an Assembly Operative in a factory environment, working for a ventilating equipment manufacturer.

Could this be your next career move? Here is what your new role will involve…

·  Working with metal and building units.

·  You will have to build and assemble dampers, outer casting and blades.

·  You will use machinery and hand tools to do this. This includes drills, hammers, and riveters.

Can you demonstrate the following qualities…

·  Must come from a factory, production or manufacturing environment.

·  Must be reliable and punctual.

Desirable

·  Experience in using hand tools.

·  Experience measuring items.

·  An engineering mindset or experience.

·  Personal drive to improve self-skills and team performance.
