Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor

Location: Stockport

Remuneration: £23,500pa rising to £25,000pa when taken permanent

Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outbound Sales Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. Our client, a leading company in the claims industry, is looking for someone with outbound sales experience who can contribute to their continued success.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through outbound calls. Your primary focus will be on selling the company's products and services, while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Make outbound calls to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities and promoting the company's products and services.

·  Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

·  Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

·  Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

·  Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns.

·  Collaborate with the sales team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to their collective success.

·  Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings, providing feedback to improve sales strategies.

·  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications:

·  Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.

·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·  Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

·  Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.

·  Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

·  Resilient and able to handle objections and rejection.

·  Knowledge of the claims industry or related field is an advantage.
