Responsibilities
*Answer and respond to client phone calls and emails
*Explain basic product information and liaise with engineering colleagues for more complex enquiries
*Send quotations to customers and follow up for purchase orders
*Schedule site deliveries liaising with staff, clients and/or sub-contractors
*Work on site with the team as and when required
*Prepare site paperwork
*Communicate with the site team during jobs
*Check completed paperwork after jobs and pass to finance for invoicing
Requirements
*Strong attention to detail and well organised with excellent email & telephone communication skills
*Flexible and able to adapt to changing client requirements
*Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and prioritise workloads
*Experience with the following an advantage: Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Drive, Shiftplanning, Insightly, Sage
*Full UK driving licence

*Health and Safety qualifications
*Experience working on site
*Knowledge of CAD packages
