Job description
Candidate should have following ascribes:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Presentable, work under pressure
- Manage travel arrangements/ hotel bookings
- Manage office events
- Manage database for filing
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Must have very good organizing, planning skills and MS Office.
